Choosing an air fryer that can handle both everyday meals and larger family portions can make cooking more convenient. The COSORI TWINFRY 9 QT Double Air Fryer is designed to offer that flexibility with a removable divider, two independent cooking zones, and a ceramic nonstick coating advertised as PFAS-free.
Instead of choosing between a single large basket and a traditional dual-basket air fryer, this model lets you switch between the two configurations. In this review, we’ll look at its main features, potential benefits, limitations, and the types of households that may find it useful.
COSORI TWINFRY 9 QT: Product Overview
The COSORI TWINFRY is a countertop air fryer designed for versatile everyday cooking. Its 9-quart capacity can be used as one large cooking space or divided into two 4.5-quart zones.
This design makes it possible to prepare different foods at the same time, such as chicken in one zone and vegetables in the other. The appliance also offers six cooking functions, dishwasher-safe removable parts, and settings designed to coordinate cooking times across both zones.
According to the available product listing, the model number is CAF-TF901-KUS. Specifications and included accessories should be checked against the exact Amazon listing before purchasing.
Key Features of the COSORI TWINFRY
1. Flexible 9-Quart Capacity
One of the most distinctive features of this air fryer is its removable divider. With the divider installed, the cooking area is split into two 4.5-quart zones. Removing it creates one larger 9-quart cooking space.
This flexibility can be useful when preparing different foods for dinner or cooking a larger batch of a single dish. It may also reduce the need to cook meals in multiple batches, depending on the recipe and portion size.
The capacity is particularly appealing for couples and families who want an appliance that can adapt to different meal sizes.
2. Independent Dual-Zone Cooking
The two-zone configuration is designed to let you prepare different foods with separate time and temperature settings.
For example, you could cook seasoned chicken in one zone while preparing roasted vegetables in the other. This can make meal preparation more convenient than using a single-zone air fryer when the ingredients require different cooking conditions.
The COSORI TWINFRY also includes Match and Sync functions. Match is designed to mirror cooking settings across the zones, while Sync helps coordinate the finish time so separate foods can be ready together.
These features can be especially helpful when preparing a complete meal rather than one ingredient at a time.
3. Six Cooking Functions
The COSORI TWINFRY is advertised with six cooking modes:
- Air Fry: Prepare foods such as fries, chicken wings, and breaded snacks.
- Roast: Cook vegetables, meat, and other roasted dishes.
- Bake: Make suitable baked foods and desserts.
- Broil: Brown or finish foods with stronger top heat.
- Reheat: Warm leftovers and previously cooked meals.
- Dry: Dehydrate suitable ingredients and snacks.
Having these options in one appliance can reduce the need for separate countertop equipment. Actual results depend on the food, quantity, arrangement, and selected settings.
4. PFAS-Free Ceramic Nonstick Coating
The product is advertised with a PFAS-free ceramic coating on the basket and crisper plates. This may appeal to shoppers who prefer cooking surfaces marketed without PFAS.
The nonstick surface is intended to make food release and routine cleanup easier. However, buyers should check the exact model and finish listed on Amazon, as coating details can vary between products and variants.
For longer-lasting performance, follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and avoid abrasive tools that could damage the coating.
5. Dishwasher-Safe Removable Parts
Cleaning an air fryer after cooking can be a concern, particularly when preparing greasy foods. The listing describes the removable basket and crisper plates as dishwasher-safe.
This feature can simplify cleanup after preparing meals such as chicken wings, fries, and roasted vegetables. Before placing any component in a dishwasher, confirm the care instructions supplied with the exact model.
The main appliance housing and electrical components should never be submerged in water.
6. Compact Countertop Design
Despite its 9-quart capacity, the COSORI TWINFRY is designed for countertop use. The listed exterior dimensions are approximately 19 inches deep, 11.1 inches wide, and 11.9 inches high.
Measure your available counter space before buying, allowing additional room for ventilation and safe operation. Also consider where you will store the appliance if you do not intend to leave it on the counter.

What Can You Cook in the COSORI TWINFRY?
The combination of a large basket and two cooking zones makes this air fryer suitable for a range of everyday meal ideas.
Crispy Chicken Wings
Use the air-fry function to prepare seasoned wings. Leave enough room for hot air to circulate, and follow a suitable recipe for cooking time and safe internal temperature.
Fries and Roasted Vegetables
Prepare fries in one configuration or combine vegetables and potatoes in the larger basket. Shake or turn food when the recipe calls for it to encourage more even browning.
Chicken and Side Dishes
Use the divider to separate a main dish from a side dish. The independent settings can help accommodate ingredients that need different temperatures or cooking times.
Reheated Leftovers
The reheat function provides an alternative to using a conventional oven for suitable leftovers. Results will vary according to the type and quantity of food.
Simple Baked Snacks
The bake function can be useful for suitable small baked dishes and snacks. Check the basket dimensions and the manufacturer’s guidance before choosing cookware or recipes.
Is the COSORI TWINFRY Easy to Use?
Its main convenience comes from the choice between two cooking configurations. If you regularly prepare two foods at once, separate cooking zones may help simplify the process. If you occasionally need more space for one dish, removing the divider provides a larger cooking area.
Match and Sync can also reduce the need to coordinate two separate cooking cycles manually. As with any air fryer, however, it is important to arrange food appropriately and check doneness rather than relying on time alone.
For the best experience, read the included manual before first use and follow the recommended temperature, cleaning, and ventilation instructions.
Who Should Consider Buying It?
The COSORI TWINFRY 9 QT may be worth considering if you:
- Want the flexibility of one large basket or two cooking zones.
- Often prepare a main dish and side dishes together.
- Need an air fryer for a range of everyday cooking tasks.
- Prefer a product advertised with a PFAS-free ceramic cooking surface.
- Value dishwasher-safe removable cooking components.
- Have enough counter space for a larger-capacity appliance.
It may be less suitable if you cook very small portions, have limited counter space, or prefer a simpler air fryer with fewer features.
COSORI TWINFRY vs. a Traditional Single-Basket Air Fryer
A traditional single-basket air fryer can be a straightforward option for snacks, small meals, and users who generally cook one type of food at a time.
The COSORI TWINFRY’s main distinction is its convertible cooking space. It can function as one large basket or two smaller zones, giving it more flexibility when meal components need separate settings.
That extra flexibility may be useful for households with varied cooking routines. However, whether it is worth the added complexity depends on how often you would actually use the divider and dual-zone features.
Final Verdict: Is the COSORI TWINFRY 9 QT Worth Considering?
The COSORI TWINFRY 9 QT Double Air Fryer offers a practical combination of capacity and flexibility. Its removable divider, independent cooking zones, Match and Sync functions, six cooking modes, and advertised PFAS-free ceramic coating make it an interesting option for shoppers who want more versatility from a countertop appliance.
Its biggest attraction is the ability to switch between two smaller cooking zones and one larger basket. That design can be useful for preparing different foods together or making larger portions when needed.
Before buying, confirm the current price, electrical requirements, included accessories, warranty terms, and exact model on the Amazon product page. Since this review is based on published product information rather than hands-on testing, real-world cooking performance and long-term durability remain unverified.
If its flexible design matches your cooking habits and the dimensions suit your kitchen, the COSORI TWINFRY may be a worthwhile air fryer to compare with other large-capacity models.
